🔍 Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. The similarity index must be below 15%. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected or returned for revision before review.

Our editorial team follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to maintain the highest academic standards and ensure the quality of published work.

1. Submission

Authors submit manuscripts with all required materials (figures, tables, and references) via email.

2. Initial Screening

The editorial office conducts a preliminary review to verify:

• Adherence to formatting guidelines
• Originality and plagiarism report
• Relevance to the publication’s scope

3. Reviewer Selection

Qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area are invited to evaluate the manuscript. Reviewers are chosen based on their research background and impartiality.

4. Review Process

Each manuscript is evaluated for:

• Research methodology
• Clarity and coherence
• Academic contribution and citation accuracy

Possible Reviewer Recommendations:

• ✅ Accept without revision
• ✏️ Accept with minor revisions

5. Editorial Decision

The editor-in-chief makes the final decision after considering reviewers’ recommendations and comments. Authors are notified of the outcome and receive constructive feedback.

6. Revision and Resubmission

If revisions are requested, authors must update their manuscript, addressing all reviewer comments, and resubmit within the specified timeline.

7. Final Acceptance and Publication

Once accepted, the manuscript proceeds to formatting, proofing, and DOI assignment before online publication.
